Multi-tier roles management

Designing a multi-tier moderation system with three distinct roles, each requiring different levels of control and visibility.

Hybrid navigation

We had to create a hybrid navigation system that combines multiple navigation methods, ensuring users can easily access and manage the various features.

Message display

Determining the most effective way to display messages for moderation, considering they will come in from multiple brands and operators across multiple sports.

While general moderation panels exist, none were tailored to the unique dynamics of betting social space. The lack of a purpose-built moderation system at this scale meant we had to design features that could handle industry-specific challenges. I analyzed best practices from other industries while ensuring our system addressed betting-related nuances like odds manipulation and misleading tips.

We prioritized features for the MVP by focusing on essential functionalities. This ensured that the initial version of the moderation panel addressed the most critical needs of betting platform moderation while allowing room for future enhancements based on their priority, client needs and feedback.

Main AI features

AUTOPILOT

An AI-driven moderation system that evaluates all messages based on predefined rules, considering offensiveness scores, past user infractions, and the number of user reports.

COPILOT

Moderators are supported by AI-generated offensiveness scores, enabling semi-automated moderation of highly offensive or inoffensive content.
